It happens. Life can be challenging. Your determination can be tested. You can lose your way.

  • Circumstances have changed you. Maybe for the worse.
  • You miss having fun.
  • You miss choosing to do things that make you happy.
  • You miss flirting with life.
  • You miss the serendipity that life used to deliver when you were feeling on the right track.

I’ve been there. No one really expects it, but sometimes you just realize that at some point, life became unfulfilling. You can read all about my experience here. I think the important thing is that you obviously aren’t happy with being unhappy. You WANT to feel fulfilled again. You WANT to feel alive in your experiences. You WANT to feel like you again.

Who are you deep down?

The you that comes out when you’re alone? Or when you’re daydreaming? Or when you are wishing your life was more like someone else’s? Let’s tap into THAT version of you. Let those desires deep within you come forward and allow your natural self to unfold. Are you in?

I want to remind you how to feel purposeful. How to be heard. How to feel fearless again. Adventurous even. How to crack life open so all the good stuff can spill out.

This will not be “all business.” We will laugh a lot. You might cry – that’s ok! I will ask hard questions, but I promise they will help you to see yourself so much clearer. And I will assign you some fun, adventurous and creative tasks and challenges between our sessions to really amplify the work you are doing. By committing to your progress and having our personal conversations each month, YOU define CONSCIOUSLY where you want to go next. As a result, you cannot help but move forward and make changes. Take some time with each of these steps, studying yourself in detail as you reflect on what each means to you.

ARE YOU READY?

What you get: 

  • 2 sessions per month. One is dedicated to your truth: what needs to be said, what needs to be released and what needs to be understood.  The second is dedicated to your transformation.
  • I will suggest classes or activities between our sessions to help you embody your truth. Think: breath work, climbing session, massage, zip lining, etc. Whatever you need most to help you actively experience your blocks and really break through.
  • Coaching is done via phone.

Over six months, I’ll guide you through the 6 core steps to changing habits and discovering what truly makes you happy within your life! 

Step 1: Dream Up Your Life’s Vision

In order to truly know what steps to take, you have to create a focused vision for where you would like to go. I think we can both agree that wandering the path aimlessly isn’t working. So often we think we are focusing on what we want, but what I see most often with my clients is that the images they’ve created are fuzzy at best. And they come with a whole lot of resistance and reasons why they can’t actually “do it.” So, during these sessions, we will create a vivid, detailed description of your journey. As you would like to walk it. Or hike it. Or bike it. Or drive it. These sessions are so, so fun and will inspire a bit of creative homework and action to spark your inspiration and begin to spring this vision into real life.

Step 2: Take Responsibility For Where You Are

Sometimes this step makes people want to shudder. Ugh, you mean I have to take responsibility for where I am? For my lack of progress? For what feels like failure? For the fact that I am the only one keeping myself stuck? Yes, yes, yes and yes! I know it’s not easy, but at the end of the day owning up to your own roadblocks will free you to move on from them. I promise. Not only that, but you will feel more obligated to do so because you are too committed to turn back. On the flip side, it’s equally as important to pat yourself on the back for accomplishments and moments when you stepped up. Authenticity and confidence are not overrated in my book. Be true to what you want. Take responsibility for your own progress. During these sessions, we will dust off those old fears and stories you’ve been telling yourself. They keep you safe and they keep you stuck. After you’ve released those chains, you will be free to create what you truly want. This is where your words really start to match your actions.

Step 3: Identify and Embrace Your True Nature

My favorite sessions! We begin to further define who you are and what you want by exploring your personality, strengths, weaknesses and interests. We will uncover who you are when no one is looking. The you who is dying to be seen but has been tucked away. Saved only for those closest to you. The part of you that daydreams all day about what could be. The part of you that you might not even know exists. You get to see yourself as the world sees you and decide what you want to move forward with and what you want to leave behind because it’s not longer fun or interesting. I will give you full permission to dive right on into your alter egos and we will PLAY with what they have to offer.

Step 4: Increase Effective Communication

A big part of knowing the real you is being able to communicate it. This step occurs side by side with taking responsibility. We will slowly begin to remove judgment, expectation, passive aggressive banter, full out demands and fear of outcome from your language. You will learn to speak from the heart. Life is SO much easier when you aren’t trying to chase the tails of the stories you’ve told yourself and others. Together, we will craft a communication style that fits your needs throughout all aspects of your life. You will learn how to not start fights with your words, but rather inspire two sided, productive conversations. We will get raw and honest with the fear that blocks progress in your conversations. And we will change your communication habits over time so that you can experience a life of peace and honesty.

Step 5: Craft Strong, Supportive Intentions

I truly believe that thoughts can become things. But I also believe that ACTION creates progress. We will get to the action plan in our last month together. For this month, we get to play with the mind. Together, we will create a full plan for positive thinking. Creating a positive, persuasive mindset around your new goals. We will play with actions around aligning all of your senses to your newly desired life, including your environment, your relationships and your everyday tasks and playtime. Ready to get your thoughts on board finally? It’s time!

Step 6: Choose Your Path

This is the catalyst for success. Notice that there are five steps before this! I don’t like it either, but they must be done in order to plan for your success. To revisit #1, don’t wander the path aimlessly. Be prepared for success inside first. Then, you can begin to map out what the external steps look like. And, as I said in step 5, there is more to creating than just thinking about it. It is here that we use your vision to define how to get there including setting specific action steps. This includes who you need to talk to, what you need to create and how to do this in a timely manner. By being held accountable, your success evolves with more rapid progression that it might normally. And, you will have already begun these actions steps over the past 5 months. This plan is so you can continue progressing into the life you want, feeling more natural, confident and free.
