Fun Facts With Katie

On Finding the Right Track

One of my favorite moments with clients is when they catch themselves getting excited about a new idea. I always get goosebumps when a new idea starts to grow roots, build in excitement and take shape.

On Making Work Fun

Coaching should be fun – yes, it can be serious, but let’s not take ourselves too seriously! I once substituted the word “marketing” with “peanut butter” in every coaching session with a client because the term “marketing” gave her anxiety.

On Recharging

I always recharge outdoors. Hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, zip-lining (yes, that’s me in this background photo!), climbing or escaping to the mountains feeds my soul and my creativity.

On Inspiration

I am constantly thinking up new ideas. I love to think outside of the box and come up with fresh ideas and ways to motivate my clients.

On Creating Sanity

Tippy (my dog) is my sidekick. She has been with the business since it’s inception. She’s a soul-level kind of furry friend. *Sadly, Tippy left us in 2021, but I want to keep her inspiration alive on this page.

Weird Facts You Didn't Need to Know ... But Now You Do

I hum underwater when I hold my breath. I can walk with my toes curled under like a monkey (so does my daughter!). I always line up the seam of my coffee cup with the coffee sleeve and those must go directly across from where I drink.
